Automation Product Specialist

Job Description:

• Drive automation sales growth and brand preference by collaborating with customers, distributors, and internal teams
• Collaborate with the sales team on strategic account planning to secure end-user business
• Develop presentations and product demonstrations to showcase solution value
• Maintain communication with sales, distributors, end-users, and divisions
• Share insights on competition, innovation, and customer needs with divisional resources
• Manage territory activities using an 80/20 approach
• Manage project scopes and timelines
• Provide expertise in robotic welding applications and automated welding systems
• Support customers and integrators with system setup, parameter selection, process optimization, and troubleshooting
• Deliver training, demonstrations, and ongoing technical support to end users, OEMs, and distribution partners

Requirements:

• 5+ years in welding or a related industry, with experience in robotics, controls, and advanced welding processes
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM system
• Ability to travel overnight at least 50 - 75%
