Auto Electrician | Telfer | 2/1 Fifo

About the Role

Macmahon is looking for an Auto Electrician to join its maintenance team on the Telfer Project in Western Australia. The role works a 2/1 roster, flying in and out of Perth. You will carry out repairs, servicing and diagnostics on mobile plant and help keep the fleet safe and reliable alongside an experienced crew. The rate depends on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair, service and diagnose faults on mobile plant


• Help maintain the full mobile fleet and keep machines compliant with safety requirements


• Refill fuel, oil and water tanks on machinery


• Restock and support machinery operations


• Take on other site duties that support the mining operation


• Speak up on safety and help build a team culture where everyone gets home safe

About You

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally on a mine site


• A current C class driver's licence


• A proven commitment to safe work and quality


• Able to work as part of a team and step up when needed


• Leadership and a drive for continuous improvement
