Associate Product Growth Manager At The Concept Group

About the role





You'll support the Product Growth Manager in executing growth strategies, working under close mentorship while learning product management fundamentals and delivering measurable results.





What you'll do





Conduct customer interviews and surveys, and compile feedback for analysis

Track competitors and market trends, and prepare market summaries

Compile monthly KPIs (adoption, retention, revenue, satisfaction) and build performance dashboards

Coordinate stakeholders, prepare meeting agendas, and document action items

Maintain product roadmap documentation and track feature delivery.





What we're looking for





Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

2+ years in market research, business analysis, or product support (financial services experience is a plus)

Strong Excel skills: data entry, basic analysis, and charts

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and clear written and presentation skills

Well organized, curious, and coachable

Familiarity with agile methodologies is an advantage.
