Assistant Silo Manager

Minimum Requirements:





Grade 12;

4 Years Grain/Silo experience;

Fumigation course completed;

Graduating courses completed;

Previous experience in effective supervision and/or management of personnel;

Experience in managing budgets and costs;

Valid driver's license.





Skills:





Good communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;

Computer literate;

Strong administrative skills and organizational abilities;

Good interpersonal skills;

Strong leadership qualities;

Good knowledge of the market and business environment;

Business insight.





Responsibilities:





Management Silo vs. Budget;

Staff management;

Customer Service Management;

Ensure sound financial management and practices within the department;

Manage silo administrative functions.
