Key Performance Areas

Monitor the Contractor's progress of projects on site
Refer significant queries on design/engineering matters to the RE
Ensure that the design specs/other problems that may have relevance to future designs are bought to the attention of the RE
Apply relevant and applicable clauses of Conditions of Contract to the project
Liaise with the Contractor's Site Agent with regard to all aspects of the work
Assist the RE in communicating with the public via the Community Liaison Officer and report to the Engineer when necessary
