Application Programmer II

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot/update Jenzabar-developed local customizations under maintenance
• Work with customers to communicate solutions to questions or issues
• Prepare requirements and solutions for Jenzabar customers
• Consult with customers on best practices and the best solution for requests
• Prepare statements of work
• Collaborate with other Jenzabar Developers on internal projects
• Deliver technical work related to programming, integration, and system updates
• Define requirements and use cases with customers
• Scope the best technical solution and develop the solution
• Work with customers to ensure solutions meet their needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent relevant experience
• Over 3 years’ experience working at an Accredited College/University or in Higher Education Market
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work effectively and independently in an atmosphere of multiple projects, across multiple products
• Must have excellent team building and problem-solving skills with comfortability working in a deadline driven environment
• Ability to be innovative, creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box when problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, able to clearly communicate technical issues and solutions to non-technical users
• Experience with Jenzabar software
• Development experience in Boomi, C#, XML, .Net, SQL, REST API calls
