AI Powered Recruitment Sourcer – Freelance

Job Description:

• Build the internal operating system of Affinity
• Support a growing RPO activity for demanding tech, biotech, and scale-up clients
• Conduct advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI, and automated tools
• Build search strategies from imperfect briefs
• Write complex Boolean strings
• Identify hidden or non-obvious job titles
• Analyze candidate profiles quickly
• Conduct personalized outreach and follow-ups
• Perform light pre-qualification
• Manage 3–4 roles in parallel across tech, biotech, and corporate roles
• Deliver clean candidate shortlists
• Work without client-facing responsibilities

Requirements:

• Strong Talent Sourcer able to structure complex searches, move fast, and deliver clean candidate shortlists
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI, and automated tools
• Ability to build search strategies from imperfect briefs
• Ability to write complex Boolean strings
• Ability to identify hidden or non-obvious job titles
• Ability to quickly analyze candidate profiles
• Ability to conduct personalized outreach and follow-ups
• Light pre-qualification is a plus
• Ability to handle 3–4 roles in parallel across tech, biotech, and corporate roles
• Curiosity about the business/corporate world to find A-players in unfamiliar fields
• Creative shortcuts to target a small number of candidates and solutions to cover the full market
• Passion for no-code and AI tools
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets
