AI Enablement Specialist

Job Description:

• Contribute to the development of AI-enabled solutions, automated workflows, data-driven tools, and support internal operations and legal work
• Support the development and execution of innovation strategies aligned with the needs of legal practice areas
• Collaborate with practice groups to assess technology needs and develop tailored innovation strategies
• Evaluate emerging legal and non-legal technologies and provide actionable recommendations
• Lead pilot programs, proof-of-concept initiatives, and testing efforts
• Coordinate rollout and adoption of technology solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align innovation efforts with organizational priorities
• Support change management, including training and communications
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
• Prepare presentations, reports, and training materials for stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with AI and training technology tools
• Demonstrated experience working with technology solutions (e.g., document automation, matter management systems, AI-enabled tools, or workflow platforms)
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance for legal professionals
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence adoption of new tools and processes among legal stakeholders
• Experience managing projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders, including the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Law firm experience or legal background preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
