Admissions Quality & Performance Manager

The Admissions Quality & Performance Manager will improve the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of interactions with prospective educators across calls, emails, and texts. This role uses AI-assisted reviews, CRM data, and performance dashboards to identify conversion barriers, coaching opportunities, and process improvements. Partnering with Admissions, Marketing, and Operations, the manager will strengthen candidate journeys, ensure accurate and compliant communication, and reduce enrollment drop-off.
