The Finance Manager will maintain oversight of the family officeโ€™s financial health, balancing meticulous foundational accounting with forward-looking financial analysis. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will manage everything from bookkeeping and cash flow management to complex FP&A, budgeting, and investment tracking.

  • Oversee monthly closing processes and prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards.

  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure absolute compliance.

  • Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget) and present clear financial insights to the Finance Director.

  • Develop dynamic financial models to evaluate cash flow requirements, liquidity constraints, and funding for upcoming capital calls.

What you will need to succeed

  • Professional Qualification: Professional accounting designation (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

  • Minimum of 4 years of accounting and finance experience. Experience working within a Family Office, Asset Management firm, Private Equity firm, or Trust company is highly advantageous.

  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar Cloud ERPs) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling.
