Account Executive

Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, active listening, and personalized service
• Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to add value through strategic recommendations and solutions
• Manage and resolve client issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with business objectives
• Define and track KPIs for client accounts
• Monitor emerging industry trends and technologies and assess their impact on clients' businesses
• Oversee and monitor account budgets, including annual and incremental media placement budgets
• Collaborate with media and accounting teams on accurate invoicing and reporting
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and account management efficiency
• Analyze client data using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights
• Review account performance with clients and offer strategic recommendations
• Conduct client performance review meetings and discuss progress
• Gather client feedback and adjust account management accordingly

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management within an agency setting
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and platforms
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, Google Sheets and Windows OS
